I am also taking part of various motorsport events: opening parties, motorcycling, off-road, drag races, moto shows, gatherings, races, and ice tracks. If you are participating, feel free to contact me, as it’s possible I’ll capture you behind the wheel.

I realised that photography is my passion at a very young age. I decided to move to London to follow my passion and obtain a photography degree. Having a strong connection with commercial & architectural photography, I decided to pursue this as a career.
My interest towards cars lead me into the world of classic automobiles. Having a opportunity to work with top classic car dealers in the world led me to work with one to most rare and valuable cars in the world.
After 12 years I decided to return from United Kingdom and I have now settled in Tallinn. Working on various projects throughout Estonia and Europe while still focusing my passion towards cars and architecture.

Preparation of Real Estate pre Photography

General Information
The main area where I am providing my photography services are Harjumaa and Tallinn, but I am available to travel across Estonia if needed.
If you are planning to sell or rent out your property, having professional photos taken is one of the most important steps. Real estate photography helps increase your property's visibility and attract more potential buyers. Here are some helpful tips on how to prepare your property for photography to achieve the best final result that can help speed up the sale.

Clean and Tidy Your Property Before Photography
Often, it is the property photos that create the first impression for buyers, so it is crucial that your home or business is clean and well-kept. Remove any unnecessary personal items, such as photos.
Don’t forget the exterior of your property! If you are selling a house or apartment, it is also important to tidy up the yard or balcony. Mow the lawn and cut any dried branches or leaves from the plants. Hide trash bins and any tools or other items used for garden maintenance, and if possible, park vehicles away from the house.
Ensure that the outdoor area looks tidy and inviting, a place where one can relax and spend time.

Light
Good lighting is crucial when taking high-quality real estate photos. Natural light makes the images warm and inviting. Let in as much natural light as possible, but keep in mind that on sunny days, overly contrasting shadows and bright sunspots may occur. If possible, schedule the photoshoot so that no direct sunlight comes in. Make sure all lights and bulbs are working, as all lights should be turned on during the shoot.

Arrange Furniture and Details
Real estate photos show the space at its best, so it is important that the furniture is arranged correctly. Removing excess furniture helps make the space feel larger and allows buyers to imagine how to adapt the space to their needs. Less is more!
Small details, like fresh flowers or accessories, help the room look inviting and homely. Ensure that tables and chairs are evenly and neatly arranged. Also, check the height of curtains and blinds and any loose furniture.

Drone Photography
I am a registered unmanned aircraft operator and hold an A1/A3 remote pilot certificate. For safety reasons, drone work cannot be carried out in rain or snow, or when the wind exceeds 9 m/s. If the property is located in controlled airspace, a flight permit must be applied for, which takes 3-4 days to obtain. You can view the airspace map here:https://utm.eans.ee.

Preparation of Vehicles pre Photoshoot

Cleanliness
To achieve the best results, it is important for the vehicle to be clean. Attention should be paid not only to the exterior wash but also to the cleanliness of the interior. Any loose trash should be removed, dust should be wiped off, and smudges (fingerprints) should be cleaned – everything shows up in the pictures! Be sure to also check the cleanliness of the windows. It’s also worth washing the engine bay and clearing the boot of any unnecessary items.

Vehicle Maintenance
For hobby cars and classic vehicles that are often not used, pay attention to the following:
- Ensure that the battery is fully charged, as it may be necessary to start the vehicle several times during the photoshoot.
- Check that the tire pressure is correct.
- Ensure that there is enough fuel in the vehicle.

Location
If you know of a suitable location where the vehicle could be photographed, feel free to suggest it. Ideal locations are places with little traffic and few pedestrians, such as parking lots or roads leading to forests and parks.

Vehicle Photography Photoshoots

Light Painting Photoshoot
An ideal opportunity to see your vehicle from a completely unique perspective, using a special photography technique that utilises light to highlight the vehicle’s curves and angles.
Why not create a special poster of your vehicle to hang on the wall?
The graphic and interesting images are achieved thanks to long exposure times, additional lighting, and technical post-processing.
If you have a clear vision of what you want to achieve, it should be discussed in advance. The location is also very important. It is crucial to plan ahead and, if possible, block as many distracting light sources as possible. In indoor settings, attention should be paid to emergency and alarm lighting, which may affect the final result. In outdoor environments, one should watch out for streetlights, billboard screens, motion sensor lights, etc. Time should be planned with some buffer, as various unexpected problems may appear on-site. A couple of hours can pass quickly in this type of photoshoot. The time spent on processing the photos depends on the specifics of the expected final result and the number of images.

Studio Photoshoot
A professional photoshoot in a studio allows you to achieve clean, graphic, detailed images without any distracting elements in the background. The final result depends on the studio and its equipment and capabilities. In some cases, it is possible to achieve visually studio-like images even without a studio, but this depends largely on various factors and should be discussed in advance. The time spent processing the photos depends on the specifics of the expected final result and the number of images.

Flash Photoshoot
Professional flashes are used during the photoshoot, which helps highlight the vehicle to the fullest and showcase it at its best. The final result is images that could be from the cover of a magazine.
The photoshoot takes about 2-2.5 hours, and you will receive approximately 50 edited photos, which are typically available in 2-3 days.

Standard Photoshoot
Includes images taken with natural light, both of the vehicle's interior and exterior. In addition to general shots, detail shots that emphasise the vehicle’s unique features will be taken.
My unique technical skills help eliminate most reflections from the vehicle’s surface during the shoot, which better highlights the vehicle’s colour.
The photoshoot takes about 1-1.5 hours, and you will receive approximately 50 edited photos, which are typically available in 1-2 days.
General Information

If needed, I can change the resolution and add copyright info or company logos to the images. The low-resolution images are optimized for social media and websites. I will send a link from which you can download the photos.

I also work on various video projects. If you need to capture real estate for potential buyers, exciting videos of vehicles, or anything else, feel free to get in touch. Videography is a very broad field, and each project is unique, requiring a personal approach. To determine an accurate price, we would need to discuss the client’s needs, execution, and scope.
